Q: Why are no prices displayed?
A: We allow our dealers to set their own prices. Please contact your closest dealer, and they will be happy to help you out.
Q: Can I order online?
A: At the moment we do not have an online store but please check back soon.
Q: There is no dealer close to me. How can I purchase your furniture?
A: Please contact us. We are beginning to offer shipping on a few items.
Q: Do you offer any warranty?
Q: What type of wood is used for your furniture?
A: We use clear grade, environmentally friendly, pressure treated, southern yellow pine. Everything is brought in prior to drying, so we can slow dry it for dramatically increased stability which results in minimal warping and checking for you.
Q: Does your furniture have sealer on it?
A: Yes! We use a high solids, industrial quality, penetrating oil base stain containing a nano particle U.V. inhibitor, a field and time proven mildewcide, and the best-quality trans-oxide pigments. In simple words - It's custom-made to be the most durable penetrating sealer.
Q: How do I clean my furniture?
A: Lightly clean with soapy water then rinse off.
Q: How often should I reseal my furniture?
A: It all depends on the environment. If completely protected from the weather, you may never need to reseal it but if exposed to harsh weather you may need to reseal it annually. If you notice the sealer has faded and the finish is looking a bit rough you can easily rejuvenate the finish with another coat of sealer.
Q: What sealer should I use to reseal my furniture?
A: Our dealers offer the same sealer we use. We strongly recommend using it since its the most durable and easiest to apply. You can also use any other high quality, oil-based penetrating sealer if preferred.
